Refund policy

Thank you for supporting our New York gallery. Each purchase directly supports the artists and projects we are proud to share.

Because many of our books and art-related items are produced in limited quantities, all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges, so we kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review the situation promptly and work with you toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement (if available) or store credit.


Shipping

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier operations, weather, or customs processing. Once an order has been marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If needed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

For certain higher-value shipments, signature confirmation may be required.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.

If an international order is refused due to unpaid customs charges, we are unable to issue refunds.

Due to the nature of art books and art-related merchandise, all purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
